If you like a product that is out of stock on our website, please email us at charoasisstore@gmail.com with the product details and we we will notify you once it is back in stock.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or bonnets, after shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
We will always do our best to change or cancel orders prior to shipping. If you want to change or cancel your order, please email us with the details as soon as possible at charoasisstore@gmail.com
