  • The product I want is out of stock. What can I do?
    If you like a product that is out of stock on our website, please email us at charoasisstore@gmail.com with the product details and we we will notify you once it is back in stock.
  • How long does shipping take?
    We aim to deliver your order within 5–10 business days. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, especially during busy periods.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will recieve a confirmation email concerning your order. More details will be presented and you will be informed when your item has been shipped.
  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or bonnets, after shipping. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue. We will always do our best to change or cancel orders prior to shipping. If you want to change or cancel your order, please email us with the details as soon as possible at charoasisstore@gmail.com
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards including Master card, Visa, Diners and American Express through Stripe. You can choose to pay via express checkout options including PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay and ApplePay.
  • Are your wigs made with real human hair?
    Yes! All of our wigs are made with 100% Brazilian Remy Human Hair, featuring: HD Lace Pre-Plucked Hairlines Pre-Bleached Knots Natural Look & Feel
  • Do you sell glueless wigs?
    Yes, we offer glueless lace front wigs for easy and convenient styling—no glue or adhesive needed!
  • Can I wear your bonnets with braids or wigs?
    Absolutely! Our large satin silk bonnets with ties are perfect for protecting braids, wigs, natural hair, or any style while sleeping or lounging.
  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
    Please double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, but contact us ASAP and we’ll try to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
